Every effort is made to package all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. All jewellery will be dispatched in a presentation box and posted in a padded envelope.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt of payment. (Obviously I will need a bit longer if you require any alterations to your jewellery) The parcel will be sent to the address that you provide with your order. All UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail and are preferably sent by Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery (and also insures the contents) which is important as all my designs are unique and not easily replaceable, this method will require a signature on delivery. Otherwise I can send via normal First Class Recorded Delivery, which will also require a signature on delivery but does not guarantee arrival.

If you would like me to send your parcel to another address, gift wrapped with an appropriate gift card please make your instructions clear at the time of ordering. There is an additional charge of £2.00 for this service.
